Express date-flexibilities as +/-N, where N is the number of days before or after your expressed preferred date during which you can comfortably be ready to fly; or, -M+N, where M is the number of days BEFORE your expressed preferred date you can be ready to fly, and N is the number of days AFTER your expressed preferred date by which you MUST fly. Examples (skip these if you think you understand the above): a flexibility of +/-2 days with a preferred date of May 21 would mean you could fly anytime between May 19 and May 23; -1+3 would mean you could fly anytime between May 20 and 24; -2 by itself would mean you can fly May 19-21; +10 by itself would mean you can fly May 19-28; and 0 by itself means no flexibility, you MUST fly on the EXACT date you specified (don't expect a very low Target Flight quote!). Express geographic flexibilities as alternative points to your expressed preferred point, or as regions AROUND your expressed preferred point. By submission of this form to the Co-operative for International and Intercultural Experience (CIIE) via email, I hereby assert that: I understand that the quote hereby being requested MAY be transmitted to me via Internet Instant Messaging using the AIM, Yahoo, and/or MSN Messaging system, or, that I myself may discover the quote as a result of searching the Worldwide Web following the precise instructions and guidelines received from CIIE via the Airhitch® Online Staff. I understand that the quote I am hereby requesting will be based upon seating availability in the fare classes quoted at the moment CIIE checks it, and is based on the assumption that said space will be available for the dates I have requested at the moment CIIE or I attempt to transact the booking on my behalf. I understand that in the unlikely event the precise transportation requested is not available at the original "Target® Flight quote" at the moment CIIE or I attempt to make the booking, CIIE/Airhitch® will work with me interactively via Internet Instant Messaging using the AIM, Yahoo, and/or MSN Messaging me to arrive at the closest possible approximation in terms of itinerary and dates, within the Target® quote, and that I can either accept the alternatives proposed or pay a slight additional supplement, which in no case will be more than 20% of the original quote. Finally, I understand that my participation in the Target Flight® system is purely voluntary and that all cash transactions which occur as part of the reservation/booking process will be conducted directly between me and the transportation-provider providing the transportation; however, I understand that CIIE, which depends on voluntary contribution and donation for its existence, will be requesting a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution equal to a minimum of fifteen(15) percent of the savings I realize by booking the flight suggested by CIIE through the Target Flight® process as opposed to any other flight I might have found from sources other than those to which I have been directed by/through the Target Flight® process.
