"Space-available": "Space-available" means simply that neither party in an arrangement for air travel, i.e., neither the passenger nor the transportation-provider, has any prior commitment for boarding or being boarded on a specific flight -- prior, that is, to the departure of the aircraft -- and can only be boarded in "available space" at moment of departure.
